Saint Mary Theological College

The Bachelor of Theology program is a comprehensive undergraduate degree designed for the academic, spiritual, and pastoral formation of future clergy, church educators, and ministry leaders.

The program integrates Sacred Scripture, Orthodox theology, patristics, church history, liturgy, languages, spiritual formation, and pastoral practice within the tradition of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church.


📘 Program Structure

The Bachelor of Theology is a four-year academic degree (eight semesters) consisting of approximately 40 required undergraduate courses.

All courses are delivered through the Academic Departments of the College and completed in a prescribed academic sequence.
